Our Beach Houses are spacious to host a one-child family. XL Houses fit in a family with more than one kid. The Garden House Rooms can only take a one-kid family if the kid is between 6 and 12 years old and if parents agree to let it bed-share in their huge double bed.
Children under 6 years: F.O.C. full board & extra bed/bed sharing
Children 6 to < 12 years: 30 US$/day full board & extra bed
Children 12 to < 18 years: 55 US$/day full board & extra bed

You will get our official confirmation mail. Once you hold the official reservation confirmation mail in hand, your reservation is valid and 100% granted. We do not ask any reservation pre-payments for this.
Payments
For individual bookings we do not take any advance reservation payments. We want to keep it simple. We ask you to pay for your stay in cash at the lodge.
You may pay your bills in cash USD, or equivalent in MMK or Euros. If cash payment poses a problem, ask us about our bank transfer option.
Even without reservation payments, your units are reserved by the official confirmation mail in hand.
Credit Cards / ATMs
We do not take credit cards and there are no ATMs around our area. We thank you for pre-calculating and organizing your cash funds accordingly before you arrive.
Extra Costs 1 - Your beverages
Soft drinks, juices after breakfast and alcoholic drinks will be charged to you separately at the end of your stay. They can be paid together with the room charges - in cash USD, equiv. MMK or Euro.
Extra Costs 2 - Transfer charges & adventure activities
Should you ask us to book for you a pick-up service with a local driver from Ngapali / Thandwe Airport or even from Yangon Airport, we ask you to pay the drivers directly upon completion of your trip. Similarly your fishing, boat trips or light trekking should be paid directly to those community members who guide you. These are best paid in cash MMK.
Changes & Cancellations
We are always happy to try and change your reservation so that it fits your plans. Should you have to suddenly change/cancel your trip, we ask you to inform us in writing as soon as possible. We can then try to give away your unit to others not to be losing out on you. Thank you for your cooperation!
Small group of 5+units bookings
Should you reserve five or more units at a time, we may ask for an advance reservation payment of 50% of the total room charges. Such advance payments are non-refundable.
